Detailed Store Policies

General

Kimistri is an online store located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Our products are available on Shopee and Lazada, and can be ordered through Facebook and Instagram Chat. We can also accommodate crafters hoping to visit our office to view, smell, and touch our products before making a purchase by appointment. Kindly send us a message to set a date and time for your visit.
Due to having multiple sales channels, there may be delays in updating inventory.
Our products are brand new and sealed. If any damage or defect of items after delivered, please contact us via chat for replacement or other possible solutions. For this, we highly recommend making unboxing videos to better demonstrate the issues encountered upon opening your parcel(s).
Kimistri Labs is a growing company, and its team is dedicated to provide all information and guidelines regarding usage of the products the company offers. Please know that we are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects due to misuse.​
Processing
Regular operating hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Mondays through Saturdays. We do our best to accommodate your inquiries, and are grateful for your patience. If no response has been received after 12 hours, a gentle reminder is also appreciated.
Please allow 1-2 working days for our team to process your orders on Shopee and Lazada.
Across all sales channels, our packing team will send updates regarding processing, packing and pick-up of your orders.
Mode of Payment
We can accommodate Cash on Delivery orders on Shopee, as well as orders via third-party couriers (Grab Express, Lalamove, Gogo Express, LBC and JRS). We also accept payments via bank transfer (PNB) as well as e-Wallets (GCash and Maya).​

Pickups are by confirmed order only. Please wait for our written go-signal that your order is ready before sending a rider.

Courier Booking

Customers must book their own third-party courier (Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, etc.). Kimistri Labs does not arrange or negotiate courier bookings on behalf of customers​​
Courier Responsibility

Third-party couriers are independent service providers and are not under the control of Kimistri Labs.

Once goods are handed to the rider, responsibility for handling, transit, and delivery transfers to the customer and their chosen carrier.

Any delays, additional fees, disputes, or claims must be addressed directly with the courier service provider. Long-Distance Deliveries

For deliveries outside Metro Manila, delivery times and fees depend on courier availability, traffic, and fuel costs. Additional courier charges or delays may occur.
Returns

For consumable materials, returns or refunds are not accepted once items have been opened or used. Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon receipt.
Raw Materials Disclaimer
Our products are raw materials. Results may vary depending on formulation, process, and environment. Kimistri Labs is not responsible for the performance or outcome of finished products.
